Returns
Love it or it’s free - our return policy is very simple. A customer either loves their personalised fragrance package we send them... or it’s free. We refund them if they do not like what they have received. No questions asked. If they don't like the main fragrance and are totally in love with one of the small 5ml bottles that we curated for them as well, then we send them free of charge that bottle in the size you bought as a replacement.

10% Default Commission Rate existing customers and 20% for new customers.

Goods returned within the 5-day ‘Love it or it’s free’ refund period will not receive a commission payment.
A commission is paid excluding VAT and P&P on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied.
